Orders & Print-on-Demand
How long does it take to produce and ship my order?
All our products are printed on demand. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by shipping. Total delivery time is usually 7–12 business days for standard US orders.
Can I order a design for my specific dog breed?
Yes! We offer breed-specific graphics across our catalog. Browse by breed on our collections page. If you don't see your breed, reach out — we're always expanding our designs.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because each item is made to order, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, custom-printed items cannot be cancelled, exchanged for a different size or design, or returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Sizing & Product Quality
What sizes do you offer?
Size availability varies by product. Most of our T-shirts and hoodies are available from XS up to 4XL. Please refer to the size guide on each individual product page for exact measurements before ordering.
What fabrics and brands do you use?
We carefully select premium blanks for every product:
- T-Shirts: Comfort Colors 1717 — 6.1 oz, 100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed for a soft vintage feel that gets better with every wash.
- Crewneck Sweatshirts: Gildan 18000 Heavy Blend Fleece — 8 oz, 50% cotton / 50% polyester, pill-resistant with a cozy, structured fit.
- Hoodies: Adidas — premium athletic-grade fleece with iconic Adidas quality and comfort.
How do I care for my garment?
Turn inside out, wash cold, tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the print to preserve the graphic quality.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $55. Add qualifying items to your cart to unlock free shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently focus on domestic US shipping. International shipping options may be available — check at checkout for your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs may apply. However, custom-printed T-shirts are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged. No exchanges for different sizes or designs. To initiate a return, email support@petprintlab.com.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Email us at support@petprintlab.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
