At Pet Print Lab, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your item, we're here to help with a clear and fair return process.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at shoppetprintlab@gmail.com. All returns must be sent to our U.S.-based returns facility. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with the necessary instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs may apply. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If you find that your custom T-shirt is defective, damaged, or if there was an error in printing, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Given the custom nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-printed T-shirts: Since these items are personalized to your specific design and preferences, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We are unable to accept returns for other types of customized items, such as personalized designs or special orders, as they are created uniquely for each customer.

Exchanges

Since our products are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or designs. If there was an issue with your order (e.g., a defect or error in printing), please reach out to us.
