At Pet Print Lab, we're committed to delivering your custom products with care and efficiency. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Shipping Costs
- Orders $55 and above: FREE shipping (USA only)
- Orders under $55: Standard shipping rates apply at checkout
Shipping Area We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping is not currently available.
Order Processing Time All products are custom-made upon purchase. Please allow 2–5 business days for printing and preparation. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Address Please double-check your address before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Contact us immediately at shoppetprintlab@gmail.com if you spot an error.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost packages: Contact us at shoppetprintlab@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
- Stolen packages: We cannot be responsible for packages marked as delivered. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
- Damaged packages: Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos at shoppetprintlab@gmail.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Modifications & Cancellations Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Email us at shoppetprintlab@gmail.com as soon as possible.
